Failed to connect to instance

Hi,

Keep getting kicked out and the "failed to connect to instance" message.

This usually only occurs from 8PM-9PM, and after it happens once it's usually me off for the night as I can't get back in without it getting progressively worse.

Looking for any help :)

Stuff Tried:

- Boot without steam open (direct exe)
- Flushed DNS
- Ran on separate network (phone hotspot, ethernet and Wi-Fi)
- Restarting Machine
- Restarting Steam
- Playing on a different character
