Hi,

I have a problem with adding Ascendancy points for cruel lab. I can use 2 points but I can't add them... Additionally, I have all the vendors in hideout on top of each other. I guess it shouldn't be like that.

If you're talking about spending the points at the lab altar, you can only do that for Normal Lab on console for some reason. For later labs, instead open your passive tree and then press R3.

As far as people being stacked together in hideout, the default positions for everyone are surrounding the waypoint. You can move them around. If you switch your hideout to a new layout/tileset, they will all be gathered around the waypoint.

The controls for editing your hideout are listed at the bottom of the screen when you're there. IIRC it's L3 to begin editing. Then you click on someone (x on playstation) to "pick them up", move with the stick, and click again to put them down. You can also rotate them with the other stick to make them face the direction you want. Exit editing when done.
