Accessibility Concern

I am in Rogue Harbour and notice that my screen is flashing extensively, to the point it gives me a migraine and sickness as a disabled player (I turned off all graphic settings to minimum), it is extremely lucky that I do not suffer from epilepsy. After searching this and googling the issue, it seems this issue has been raised consistently for years. My concern is that it is not being taken seriously, when access, and actual flashing issues are not being addressed that as game developers, you're already full aware of the implications there. Please can you resolve this, the answer "don't run heist" is a non- answer and not appreciated either.

I have noticed it in the past, but it seems a much larger issue this league. No it is not my PC that is the issue either, as many have reported this before. Thanks
