Still can't play on my Alienware Gaming Laptop, at all.

Which every other game seems to play fine on.

Nothing yet on this issue yet? Have looked everywhere and tried old solutions to no avail, including in the forums here.

Again, my game crashes on the GGG slash screen when trying to load the game. Can't play at all.

This is the first league I would have had to miss if I hadn't borrowed another computer. Buy I bought Alienware Gaming Machine just for the purpose of playing POE and other ARPGs, which all work fine. I have also play a couple of leagues with this machine so it has to be something you updated for this league.

Come on GGG, Major let down. Instead of making "QOL" changes on the new market mechanic, how about making it so we can all actually play!

I have played every league since Delirium and as you can see have tried to support every league by buying a Supporter pack or two. Trying to keep the faith GGG, I believe in you.

i just bought an alienware and cannot load into my hideout, furthest i have gotten is town, but most crashes happened at load screens

Did you try the official game client?

So I worked with the Dell technician through chat and then he remoted into my machine to run the same tests that I did, which came back all green. I even wiped and reinstalled every thing but the problem persisted.

In doing some research and reading some other threads I found there was a problem reported using the version of the CPU I had, with the graphics GPU, which are both built into the motherboard, failing fairly quickly.

I pointed this out to the technician and believe it or not, he put in an order for a technician to come to my house, to replace the CPU and Video card/GPU brand new. There were out within a few days and wallah, been working great every since.

Faith in Dell and Alienware restored.

But just high likely Dell ship outdated graphic card driver to you....

Sorry didn't respond sooner. Dell came out and replaced the cpu and video card and it has been working great for the last months.
