Starfall Crater Reentering issue

Starfall Craters allow players to exit upon entering, but not allowing player to re-enter afterwards. I am not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but I think allowing player to do so it deceiving and misleading. The text shows "Cannot connect to instance. That subarea no longer exits." when the player tries to enter the crater again.
