3.25.0c Shipment disappear

My shipment have disappeared two times without any warning or error.
Both times it was my second ship on the list "KTS Eastern Star"
Using a crew of 5/6 people on a rank 8.

There's been at least a dozen threads i've seen on this, and it's happened to me many times now - every time I search the threads have just vanished, but it never seems to get fixed or even into the bug report?

Why do ships just cancel their voyage, losing all goods (And time!)

Yep just had this clearly happen.
Full shipment just gone.....
Like the "Risk" Meter is all bugged

Several times ship just missing, no error no report or other. And it with metal bar, which is quite difficult to loot

Severals times i lost one of my ship and this time i lost all 3 off them ...

Again lost 3 ships ...

Just lost a 30mil shippment.. This is super frustrating
