Crematorium Trial (Act 3) doesn't activate

I can't run the first Labyrinth because the Trial located in the Crematorim (Act 3) won't activate. I did the trial three times but no change.

Could it be that you have a skill on your action button(X) which might cause this issue. If so then maybe try to move that skill.
