Blight map specific to ramparts layout bug, bug ref in content.

Item loot spawned from blight completion of the Blighted Ramparts map were partially on top of the unreachable parts of the roof section in the map. I've tried to attempt on clicking on every item but I was not able to pick any of them on the roof.
