Can no longer find any verisium ore or boss event

Since the last time I found the verisium ore event with the boss I've not encountered a single verisium ore deposit or the boss event

The last time I found the verisium boss I died, went to go back in and got stuck in the wall as the arena was getting smaller. I logged out to character select screen, went back in the map and the area for the boss said:

"Error this instance no longer exists"

Ever since I got this error/bug I've not found a single verisium ore event or boss arena and I've ran over 300 T16 maps since.

This happened either monday or tuesday if I can remember.

Please help, I cannot get any verisium ore anymore.
