Blight monsters stuck in a statue in City Square map

Hi, I just encountered an issue that monsters from a blight encounter were stuck in a statue in the City Square map.

Bug reference number is 1.233.205.985

Nothing I've tried could even damage the monsters.
Main Skill Exsanguinate did not hit them.
Tried some AOE skills like Frost Bomb/Shield charge.
Another guy came in and slammed the ground beneath the monsters but also did not hit them.

i encounter this bug often as well. Used /bug ingame twice with these numbers

mobs are undamageable by any skill or by any type of tower. If changing the terrain tower interaction behavior is too difficult, at least let them be damaged by something. Blight encounter cant be completed and cant get the pump mobs item drops.

any workaround this bug? they even get stuck inside the league mining things like the amber tree or orichalum shrine
