Aspect of the cat + mark on hit support issue

May I ask if it is a bug or did missed something? When I have aspect of the cat active the mark on hit support is not triggering with my bladestorm. But when I turn of the the aspect it works perfectly fine.

I use poacher's mark.

THanks! I knew that I was just being stupid but I was failing to find the problem. Lifetap support to the links and it works perfectly now.
