Forbidden Woods boss area portal error

Error Description: Unable to open the portal back to the non-boss area after killing the Forbidden Woods boss under specific circumstances. As seen in the image, it is confirmed that all three bosses are dead.

Additional Information: I am using poison damage, and this is a MAP provided by Kirac's mission.
