I can't understand Rigwald's Crest
I don't know what I'm missing, but the ring that summons doggos on kill works for minion's kills, since when? Am I missing like a verbiage or what? I've been maining minion builds for years and on kill effects (like Arakaali's Fang) have always been a problem for minion builds, you'd need to cull or fight your minions to trigger it. Is this a known bug for the ring or something special I'm missing?

Do you mean it triggers from all minions kills? What's your setup where you experience this?
Generally there a few situations where kills from you minions count as your kills so that might be it. Off the top of my head enemies that die while afflicted by a bleed or poison from your minions would count as your kills and would trigger your on kill effects, but there are probably other circumstances as well. |

I've never seen an instance of any "On Kill" or "On Hit" counting for minions in the past, which is why the gloves were made. And why Arakaali's Fang builds need to use the flask to kill the worms to summon them. Very strange.
And it's not my build, someone new to POE was talking in coms and I was very confused as to what was happening. I still haven't tested if it was the ignite from SRS or something else, but from what people are saying that's what I'm assuming it is. Ignite from minion counting as "On Kill" for the player.
