Desecrate does not spawn instance spectres

The problem is described below:

Character 1 have live spectre1 and spectre2 (live means they are raised as spectres by Raise Spectre skill)
Character 1 have live spectre3 and spectre4

Character 1 casts desecrate and the skill spawns bodies for spectre1 and spectre2.
Character 2 casts desecrate and the skill spawns bodies for spectre3 and spectre4.

So far so good.

The problem is that when character 1 comes to hideout and casts desecrate, the desecrated spectreas are not recorded as instance spectres. After that moment if character 2 enters the same hideout (same instance, same portals) - this character CAN NOT DESECRATE spectre1 and spectre2 (they must be recorded as instance spectres but they are not) only the ones that are already in his own desecrate pool (spectre3 and spectre4).

Is this something that we all predicted with the new change in desecrate gem in new patch but was clarified by GGG that it will work as intended?

Please fix that, it is very problematic right now to share spectres between characters.
