Kingsmarch FROZEN. Ships won't return. New resources won't collect.

Plenty of gold, workers hired and assigned. I've opened up ore from maps. All that.

But ships are permanently out to sea (after 2 days!), and new resources won't be collected no matter what configuration of workers I try. I have plenty of gold to pay them, but nothing moves forward.
