Infinite load screen

When transitioning to an area from another when I get to the load screen I'm just stuck there and I have to restart my game happens often

The same thing keeps happening, I have tried clearing the cache, updating the graphics, and verifying files and nothing. I have tried to bring the graphics to a previous software version and that doesn't work either. Please have someone from maintenance help or suggest solutions.

Plus I've been playing for months and this problem hasn't appeared until now. You try to enter the game and the loading screen freezes, you click and it tells you that the exe is not responding. It's too weird. This way since August and I started playing it in June
