No Kirac missions

I m at tier 7 maps and i got just 1 kirac mission until now and i have almost all kirac nodes on atlas tree. I don t know if it's a bug or i m just that unlucky but in every other league until now i usually received a lot more kirac missions.

Same bug with me, but I've never had one to begin with. My Kirac is grayed out on my map device.

Same Problem. I just started with red maps, but still not a single Kirac mission and he's also grayed out on my map device. On top of this his shop does not reset on levelup for me.
