Admiral Valerius

He gets into an invulnerable phase and does nothing, this has happend both the times I got him so far. Maybe it's related that i fight him all way in the north.

Same thing happened to me, also have video of the event.

Also happened with me. Became invulnerable at around 1/3 hp, and stayed that way. Kept attacking as normal with no phase change.
I had a party member join me and die before it happened, unsure if related.
Sad I had to let myself die and lose my best crew :'(

Happened to me too. I was also fighting near the entrance to use the wall for my kinetic blast projectiles, but it seemed that something went wrong in the first water phase. I kept seeing waves after the phase was over, and when I brought Valerius down to 33% he went invulnerable without entering the water phase again. So I was stuck there forever, forced to close down the game and lose all my crew and shipments :(

Had the same happen to me right now, the issue seems to happen when we fight him on the north. I'm so upset, all my crewmembers gone because of a bug.

Just to let you know this is still an issue, I find it perplexing that this bug could be dealt with a single line of code and they won't bother to do it.

He's still glitched, just lost my best crew cause he hit 33% and never entered the wave phase. Ridiculous this hasn't been fixed.
