Divine Vessel Bug

I was trying to capture captain's Tanner soul from Coral Ruins map , but after 30 sec entering the map my game keeps crashing and closing. I've tried to change all video settings , from DirectX12 to X11 and to Vulkan , Windowed and all graph details and even gateways and nothing work. Still after few steps in the map my game close sudden. I've spent 30 min to nothing and wasted 2 divine vessels and 2 maps.
