Ps5 i can use keyboard for chat in game ?

I have hyperx keyboard but for some reason she doesn't want to work with the chat...
Does the game support the keyboard for entering text?

On xbox it works fine like a normal keyboard. But i don't know if it's any different on ps5.

Game does not support keyboard on ps5, tested it on league Launch when the virtual keyboard was broken. The game developer has to build the functionality into the game. (It's very hard, apparently).

I don't know if that last bit was intended as sarcasm or not, but adding keyboard support just for chatting and other text entry would actually be quite easy.

OTOH, if the game is listed as having "keyboard support", Sony might have a rule that you can actually play with a keyboard, which would, in fact, be quite a lot of work. I don't know if Sony has such a rule, I'm just guessing, since very few games have any keyboard support at all on PS4/PS5.

Sony has keyboard support for virtual keyboard which is why we had the issue at PS launch.. XBOX input is setup properly which connects the device without the virtual keyboard. To answer you question about PS5 and keyboard yes typically but for chat only
Although some brands have compatibility issues... this may be the case for your board not responding... Many MMOs or ARK with in game chat makes things much easier to communicate quicker.
