Non Vaal skill strike +1 and +2 targets

I got an Attack mastery that has Non Vaal strike skill +1 target.

What happens when I have another mod like this on my Glove (Searing). Do I land two hits on the same target or my Flicker Strike hits 3 targets Multistrike and 6 hits around me?

I see you can get Non Vaal skill strike +2 on Gloves. Potentially get +3 targets. Is that overkill?

An enemy can only be directly targeted once by an attack, so what you said second ("my Flicker Strike hits 3 targets Multistrike and 6 hits around me") will be what happens.

Generally +2 is all you need, +3 is overkill. Getting +2 on gloves can be expensive though.

Ok I will try to get +2. One from passive and one more glove.
