The Apostate is removing Seething Fury Bonuses

As title said, once you equip The Apostate any buffs granted by Seething Fury just dissapear. Work as intended or a bug?

ive ran into same issue and its a big bummer
From wording i assumed the seething fury takes just flat value from shield, not a value after modifiers from other gear ETC (for example just as bonus defenses from shield doesnt do anything for seething fury)

The difference with defense bonuses on shield is they happen later in the equation, after Seething Fury has already pulled the values from the shield. Whereas Apostate is earlier in the equation, before Seething Fury. Apostate is setting the value of shield on ES to 0, Seething Fury is pulling that 0, then defense bonuses is boosting 0 (with some other calculations in between that aren't in the discussion).

Has already been bug reported a few times last league when Apostate was introduced, no reply from GGG that I can find, but looks by design to me. There is no ES left on the shield for Seething Fury.
