Rescue Ship portal disappeared

My ship was commandeered, so I went to try and rescue them. Spawned the boss portal, clicked the portal, and the portal disappeared without being able to enter the area. Got a message in chat that says "Cannot connect to instance. That subarea no longer exists." I can't 'retry' to rescue them and also I have no idea how much gold I need to just pay the ransom cause there's no option to see the cost.

I clicked on the portal, it disappeared and I got the "Cannot connect to instance. That subarea no longer exits" message. | |

Exact same situation for me, portal disappeared and just giving me the message "Cannot connect to instance. That subarea no longer exists."
And I have no idea how much gold I need to pay to be able to save my sailors now. Bug report reference number is 973 614 437. if that helps. |

Yep just happened to me, now I only have the choice to abandon my ship or I can't send another shipment ;(
