All rescue portals won't work

When clicking rescue the first time the portal will open. You cant enter the area though. It says "Cannot connect to instance. That subarea no longer exists." And the portal will then dissapear. The rescure button at Tujen is now greyed out and cant be interacted with. The pay ransom button said inssufiecient gold with no mention of how much was needed. Your only option is to abandon the crew and ship.

Additianal information: The very first time my ship was cammandeered, we tried to take in on as a party. My party member was the first to attempt to enter. All other rescue attempts have been done without being in a party. My party member's rescue portal does work.

Same issue, first ever rescue mission - portal closed with error message.
I'm softlocked now cause I don't want to abandon the crew.

currently im having something of the same issue in one instance the portal opened and i clicked on it it stated "you do not have the proper quest state"
then the new one that just happen it didnt even open a portal now the rescue button in grayed out any luck on finding a fix??

You guys most likely have to abandon now. Once the fight is initiated by clicking rescue, you either kill the boss or lose the crew/mappers
