Cant load into "The Beacon" during campaign

i left town to go manage Settlers and then went to load into "The Beacon" and game crashes at loading screen.
I restarted and from Lion's Eye I can go to other zones but cannot load into where I need to go for the Campaign in Act 6 Last bumped on Aug 10, 2024, 3:27:05 PM

I am experiencing the same issue. I crash loading into the beacon over and over again.

Have the same issue today - how did you gentlemen get around this?

leveling a new character and this is still happening.

What helped me: I was using the DirectX12 Renderer. Before entering the beacon zone, I switched to the vulkan renderer (graphics settings) and that fixed it.
