Kicked out for too many actions

Hey i've been barely able to go through the vaal city without getting "kicked out for performing too manya actions", it happened like 5 times and it's currently been 20 minutes since i'm trying to go through the grand promenade. I'm constantly kicked out around the end of the area.

I don't know if it's my build ( absolution, sentinel of radiance and convocation are the only skills i press) or just my setting

second. happens to me too quite often. play rf so hardly any actions. didnt want to open new forum if one already exists.
