Endurance charge on hit mod on Monsters

There's a bug right now where the mod "Endurance charge on hit" on monster can lead to the monster becoming immune to physical damage completely after reaching 6 or whatever the maximum number is for a monster. To damage the monster again you have to wait until the charges all fade.

i Can confirm. Not build breaking, but annoing as hell.
Its technically working as intended. Monsters get 15% reduction per charge so 6x15 = 90% damage reduction. If it has another source of mitigation it gets close to effective immunity.
