Ship comandeered in Kingsmarch

Good evening, my ship has just been comandeered.
I pressed on the button that I want to rescue them and fight the pirates, tabbed out for like 30 secs to prep myself for the fight and then when i pressed the portal I just got the message that the portal no longer exists and the instance doesnt exist. Meaning I just stood there at the pier. Now, i cant rescue them again and the portal is gone. I really wanted to fight those pirates and save my ship :( reloaded the game etc. Help pls! Same, I clicked the portal and it just disappeared.

Same thing happened to me. I literally went right from the screen to clicking on the portal and I got a pop up saying something was wrong with the instance. Im trying to make enough money to pay the ransom since I don't wanna lose my t8 crew but it doesn't say how much I need for that either so IDK.
