patch doesn't apply

problem on patching last hotfix probaly!
its download the data but cannot patch it as it says " could not overwrite executable with new patched executable.Please make sure that Pathofexile.exe or Pathofexile.tmp are not still running.
If necessary, you may need to restart your computer"
problem doesnt fix in any way it says and i have tried!

You mean browser cache or windows cache?

I did exactly what it said to do. I went into the task manager, found that Pathofexile.tmp was running, ended the task. Boom. Playing the game.

neither this!
by ending the task Pathofexile.tmp closing and the patcher and the error window....so no solution for me!
