Mod Tiers for Loot Filters instead of Mod Names

I started customizing my filter a few leagues ago (I'm using filterblade). One thing I wanted to do though was to try and filter identified items with salvageable Tier1 mods and rank them based on how many T1s they had.

The only currently available method I could find was filtering them by the names of the mods on the items.

Even though it usually works, it is very time-consuming to set up (you have to look up the actual names of the mods), and it isn't quite perfect (some T1 and T2 have name collisions). There is also no way to ensure that the list you have is complete since new mods can be added every new league.

With the addition of the item merging (for 3.25 at the very least), I think it would be great to be able to filter items by their mod tiers alone. Currently, this is not entirely possible. With your help, we can ease the work required on the loot filter development side, and allow the players to pick up loot they might otherwise consider useless.

Below are some screenshots of my filter to hopefully better explain how I tried to achieve this.

These were the filter ranks I made up. Highest rank would have 3 T1 mods on it or more. The lowest would have only a single T1 mod.

This is what each of the filter configurations look like. This example is filtering for 3 or more potential T1 mods (see left side).

This would be a very helpful feature to add to loot filters.
