Question about chance to ignore enemy physical damage reduction?

Hi, does anyone know the bastion breaker notable that give 50% chance ignore enemy physical damage reduction stack with other 50% chance on physical mastery and give total 100% chance?

It should stack yep, we'll find out this weekend if it doesn't but it should imo. Can ignore all monster armour and flat phys DR.

I'm actually curious as well. With 100% does it mean we ignore ALL monster armor?
Also does this mean crush is useless if we have 100% ? |
