How does Impale behave now with Ignore Physical reduction?

If I get 100% ignore enemy physical damage reduction with Bastion Breaker and the mastery, allowing me to ignore phys damage reduction with my hits, would it also apply to impale?

This reddit thread says yes but they weren't sure, just wanted confirmation.

Haven't checked the reddit thread, but no. Genearl PDR ignoring like from Bastion Breaker doesn't affect reflected damage (which Impale is). There's impale mastery specifically for this purpose: "Impale Damage dealt to Enemies Impaled by you ignores Enemy Physical Damage Reduction".

Pretty old but I'm playing around with heavy strike will bastion breaker and the mastery help with damage or just make sure they get the 100% of the attack
