player created uniques
incentivize/reward hc players with their own unique items in game
if someone gets to lvl 100 in hc (maybe ssf only or not) they can create their own items that other players can find and use in game. maybe every 10(or however many) levels past 100 in hc u can add a stat to it up to a max (item dependent /rings4, weapons up to 6?). maybe choose the stat out of a list and roll-for-stat u want on it type deal. once the item has its max amount of stats set/rolled for, the player can name it. then devs review stats/name, tweak it slightly if need to, then unleash it for the season for players to find/use. Hc lv 100 is too easy.
The creation is always tied to money (supportor pack that no longer sell) Or boss kill event, which is relatively harder than lv 100 that you can simply hire carry This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee. Level 100 isn't anything special. People can just use currency to pay for xp runs. It's also quite doable solo.

I like the idea of player created uniques being tied to truly difficult achievements based on deep understanding of the game's mechanics. Such a person is bound to make a more worthy, appropriate item than someone who just throws cash at GGG. I should know.
But overall, the whole create-a-unique gimmick has had its day. GGG undercharged for it at first, realised their mistake very quickly by how many Diaternal packs they sold, and had to deal with the fallout for years. You can tell they learned their lesson by how restrictive the div card creation process was by comparison. And those weren't much cheaper than a full design-a-unique pack from beta. I truly hope PoE2 doesn't have any player-made content. https://linktr.ee/wjameschan -- everything I've ever done worth talking about, and even that is debatable.
