Tukohama, War's Herald can't apply my fist of war mtx. From 3.22 to now

I have MTX JUDGEMENT FIST OR WAR EFFECT.

Bump it further, sure it may be stated it works only for gems but it's just wording. Not sure why it shouldn't work with support granted by ascendancy.
