Colossal Conditionals Challenge Not Giving Completion for Cortex

I killed Uber Cortex twice without being hit by Wormhole Slam. Neither time did it say I failed the challenge, nor did it give me a completion for the challenge.

I don't know if this is accurate or not, but I heard that you have to let it suck you in, and then dodge the slam, in order to get credit.
I haven't yet tried it myself. |
