No Crescent Splinter from Maven's Invitation - again

It's 3.24 and here it is again: no Crescent Splinter from Maven's Invitation. According to poewiki.net there is always one. I got one the last 65 times.

And also irritating is the fact that at least four bug reports for this issue while not adequatly answered have been 'This thread has been automatically archived. Replies are disabled.'-ed.

Is this the one question not to asked?

I doubt it's every time its probably 1 every time if it drops. but eh I'm probably wrong.

Having dropped well over 2000 splinters since Maven invitations were added to PoE (500+ this league alone), I've never seen no splinters once as long as I didn't fail the invitation. The minimum was always one splinter from atlas invitations. I don't know for guardian invitations as I always alch roll those.. I think the lowest I saw in those is 4 and up to 7.

If you die or leave the arena while loot is generating then that will prevent any loot from spawning. If you're getting other loot but no splinter, then something is off. Maybe it spawned out of bounds either outside the arena or in the middle.

Submitting a bug report number and a screenshot would have provided GGG with better info at the time of the issue.

I faced the issue today as of patch 3.25 wherin the crescent splinter did not drop from Maven 10 way Atlas invitation.

I have this problem too. I'm farming Atlas invitations* for crescent splinters and they stopped dropping. After the first time, I thought something was bugged, it happens.
Then I quickly did another 10 maps, and there was no splinter in the next invitation either.
So it wasn't a one-time bug.

Out of 10 maps (invitations)

What is the "map" quality? normal rarity or rare rarity so that have some IIQ?
