Zoomancer Questions

I have about 400 chaos and trying to upgrade my Zoomancer. What do you guys think I should upgrade? I'm following Ghazzy's build but hard to tell what's most important.

Maybe 50/50. I'm now dying only occasionally on T16 maps. T17 I die and all my minions die constantly, no matter how careful I am, it's ridiculous. So definitely still want to work on defense as priority, but also need more damage for boss fights.
