Item Drops clickable from anywhere on Screen, like Coffins

I have seen many occurrences where loot drops and is unreachable due to terrain, etc. I have also seen large loot explosions where you have to hide/unhide loot multiple times, else you are running all over the place to pick up things shown near each other.

The solution is simple, make loot that is visible on screen, be able to be picked up from your current location. This already exists with coffins, why not add in this huge quality of life for all dropped items?
