Nameless Seer didn't spawned - Sulphur Vents T14

Nameless Seer didn't spawned, it was on the lowest packsize, 0 monsters remain, did dozens of full map circle, he really never spawned.
No league mechanics in the map, EoW influence, Ruthless league (I don't think it's one of the resons but we never know)

Very sadeg, please fix this.. Not the first time someone in R league got this issue
