Minion link skill support idea

Problems with link skills when used with minion builds:
- Impossible to guarantee that minions stay alive in harder content (T17, ubers)
- Mana cost becomes unsustainable with a high minion count (>10)

Most of these problems come from the fact the most minions builds use weaker support minions such as spectres and golems, which are not desirable targets for links.

I suggest a new support gem so solve these issues:

Supported minion skill can be targeted by link skills
Supported skills deal ~25-30% more damage while linked

Using this support while not using the minion defense mastery would allow the player to choose which minions are target by links, making link playstyle a lot better.
