hacked account

Hello everyone, everything good?
Some time ago, I had stopped playing PoE, due to personal problems. When I came back, I saw that my email had changed, and that someone had created new characters in my account (in this case, just one).
I contacted GGG support, they asked me for several details and, after several emails exchanged, they asked me for 24 hours.
After MUCH more than 24 hours, no one contacted me, and GGG decided that they will no longer respond to my emails, as they really are no longer responding to me. How to proceed?
