[BUG: 4,090,170,287] ]Map drop issue in Permanent league/Standard

On Standard Maps are dropping like they depend on the mood of the server it seems. Sometimes I get a couple or a handful a per map, and sometimes I get 0 Map drop or just 1 map drop per map. Even with 2 Cartography Scarabs to get 100% increased Maps found in area and a Cartography Scarabs of Ascension that gives "Tier 1-15 Maps found are 1 tier higher", 200%+ IIQ as map mod and a 45% IIQ gem on the 6 links of my main skill.


What I'm wondering is; is this a lingering/sporadic bug or is it as intended?


Beginning of 3.24, for the couple of days that followed the patch, my map device would often not use more than 1 Cartography Scarab when put two in two different slots.

I went back and ran around twice to make sure I didn't miss a map. The only map I got dropped from the last pack before the boss.
