Won't let me log in after patch

I tried everything from uninstalling the game and installing it back, I also changed the password, and nothing. I ran the application as administrator and still nothing it keeps giving me the same error. There has been a patch that you need to update to. Please restart Path of Exile. I know that people have been having this issue on steam I am on epic games launcher also having this issue.

It only took 6 downloads for my game to update the Version Number, I figure another 6-10 downloads and I may get to connect to a server for 10 or 20 seconds. It is the little victories that count.
