Extreme GPU usage while alt+tab.

Hello.

I have 100% GPU usage and massive overheating (goes up to 92degrees ) when i leave the game into the background. Im playing on window fullscreen.

i9-9900k
32Gb ram
gtx 1080
Windows 10

I always do this , but now i cant do it anymore . I literally can hear the fans ramping up to maximum once i alt tab and go watch youtube for example , or if i need to write an email. So , now, i have to close the game anytime i know ill be doing something else for a longer period of time.
