[3.24] Dancing Queen of Rampage. Fast map cleaning
I want to share a build that it is very easy and cheap to build, but extremely powerful against large density of mobs.
https://pobb.in/Fk8YKYoc0lND pros + Very cheap + Fast map cleaning + Can do any content, specially good at: Delve, Blight, Delirium and Ritual + Very fun to play. cons - It is not one button or two button play - Maybe 1 million DPS is low against strong bosses - Lack of defenses, uses mobility to dodge. This build uses three attacks: Frost Blink, Cyclone / Arc of Surging, and Vaal Fire Storm, depending on the situation. Frost Blink provides a good punch but it has a very slow cool down. However, thanks to Shaper of Flames from the Elementalist this damage is converted to ignite and last 4 seconds. Uses cyclone to attack while moving around mobs and dodge attacks. Because Frost Blink is an instant it does not stop the movement, but it is mana hungry, this is why we use Eldritch Battery Arc of Surging is channeling with cyclone to shoot and weak enemies as you approach them before you ram with Frost Blink and blow them. Herald of Ice provides some nice explosions. Wolves and golems will provide meat shield, especially against strong enemies. Frost Blink can deal high DPS against one target, but it works better if they are previously ignited with firestorm. Use Fire Storm to snipe strong enemies at safe distance while they are locked with your golems and wolves. Before using the massive vaal fire storm attack remember to activate the Soul Catcher flask. Most of damage is done by ignition that last 4 seconds. So, don't look back and keep moving. Later, when you come back to finish them, those mobs might already dead or weakened. Do not underestimate the damage of Cyclone itself. It also a good source of critical hits for the potions. For the Panteon, the most important is Soul of the Brine King as stuns will stop and kill you. The other one is not that important but I like Soul of Lunaris for additional movement and Soul of Solaris for physical damage protection. There are not required objects for this build to work, the unique objects I show are only suggestions. Realshaper staff is the most expensive item. It is a six linked item for the Frost Blink, converts cold damage to fire and +1 level to the skills. If you choose another staff, remember to add a Cold to Fire support. Ice Bite will provide Frenzy charges and an increasing chance to freeze when we ram against groups of mobs. At the body we put Cyclone channeled with Arc of Surging. This is mana hungry, so we put an inspiration support gem. This combination lacks dps against strong opponents, but it is superb for map cleaning and large groups. Null and Void Gloves provides Rampage and increasing damage bonus as we kill enemies as well spectacular explosions. Devotion helmet provides additional speed and some needed dexterity and chaos defense. Gang's Momentum gives additional damage against ignited enemies. Fire resistance will increase our life regeneration and it has some nice movement speed. We don't care the chances of ignite as we always ignite. Rigwald crest ring creates wolves for meat shield. They are also super for leveling. It only requires level 20 and the wolves alone can clean the campaign for you while you just watch them tear into pieces all enemies. For high tier maps, they might be too weak and you would like to change it for something better. Despite it uses a lot of unique items, to Balance resistances is fairly easy as there are lots of skill nodes. Remember that Fire Mastery give us life regeneration for every capped fire resistance. As you level up, use the nodes of strength and dexterity as you need and energy shield recharge nodes to be comfortable. Grace is chosen for the main defense and 90% of spell damage suppression. Life and energy on kill will help to recover very fast as long we keep killing enemies none stop. When you are hit Immortal call and Phase Run is activated as a second layer protection. Phase Run will give good chances that the enemies will change the target and attack the wolves or golems, instead of our character. If you don't feel comfortable with reflected damage, you might prefer to take Bastion of Elements, instead of golems.
