Solo leveling tips

Hi Everyone
Hope you all enjoy Necropolis :)

I have question that i want to get better understanding about leveling in POE i never had been able to push more than 95 with solo leveling so far and i need to figure out this mechanic about leveling

i have read/watched video with for leveling with shrines but that is costly for me at this moment

so my question is about blight maps and exp increase at t15 maps would that be good option for me or i need to move to t16 and the next question about blight maps would i receive the exp when towers kill enemy and i`m a bit far from that place ?
