Can't open delve map with league button

While in delve i cant open the map wihout interacting with Niko or portal, i can still close this map with league button.
For example sanctum map still opens for me while in sanctum. Tried reinstalling the game, reseting keybinds to default, switching from dx12 to vulcan. At this point i don't even know what to try to fix this so i'm posting thread here.

Turns out i haven't talked to Niko in campaing and that was the reason i couldn't open the map.Because of that i also didn't have UI fast travel icon on world map.
