Necropolis Private League Question

Has anyone tried creating a private league with the modifier of "Cannot drop Magic or Rare Items" and seen if the Necropolis league mechanic still creates Magic and Rare items?

Thanks for asking this - I'd just assumed the answer was "corpse crafted items get scoured" and so wasn't going to use this mod in my private league.
If I'm wrong, I'll use the mod, as it's a lot of fun. Le Toucan Will Return
