Final Pack will Spawn Nameless Seer - "Frozen" Loot

I placed an Allflames for Omens onto the pack with the mod "Final Pack will Spawn Nameless Seer", killed the pack to spawn the Seer, and discovered the inability to pick up the tattoos left by the tribe leader.

I have also tried portaling out and back in, but the items remain on the ground.

The mouse cursor is able to hover over the item and display the appropriate overlays (tooltip), but I cannot click on it to retrieve.
