Betrayal Scarabs of Perpetuation and "Scarabs Found in Your Maps Cannot Be [X]" Passives

Hello all, I have discovered a simple bug with Betrayal Scarabs of Perpetuation, which when stacked guarantees Syndicate Operatives to a drop a Scarab after they are dealt with, when used with the passives which block certain kinds of content from appearing in the Atlas along with stopping their related scarabs from being found in Maps. Secular Focus, Ominous Silence, etc.

Simply put, these two mechanics do not appear to be interacting with each other correctly, as I had Secular Focus allocated and had a Ritual Scarab drop off of Thane Jorgin while he was in a Research Laboratory Mission inside of a Lair of the Hydra map. A fix for this behaviour would be much appreciated for those of us using this Atlas strategy!
